This website provides information about a proposed settlement of class action lawsuit pending in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma concerning the alleged underpayment of royalties on natrual gas produced from a well(s) located in the State of Oklahoma.

June 28, 2013 Distribution Update

The settlement administrator mailed checks to the overwhelming majority of class members on
June 27, 2013, leaving only those payments involving uncertain royalty ownership or identity for later distribution once their proper determination is made.

If you are a non-governmental royalty owner who received payments based on production from a Marathon natrual gas well located in teh State of Oklahoma during the time period from January 1, 2002 to present, you may be a Class Member and your rights may be affected by the proceedings in this litigation.
